How do you gain your parents trust back?

Hi, I got in big trouble about a month ago (I was texting my ex-boyfriend and my parents told me not to) and now my step mom is taking texing off my phone and I'm not allowed to talk to any boys..I really want to know what I can do to gain their trust back! thank you!
