What about Angela Jolie's Eyes?

She has Beautiful eyes. They have a European look about them. What in the bone structure of a face, such as Angela Jolie's, causes the Beautiful European look? I am not talking about because of the Europe ancestry (duh), I am wondering "technically" what is it that give the eyes that type of look where they are a bit sunken just above the cheek bones? I think its so exotic-looking.
