It it true that there's a visible number of Moroccans in Morocco with blonde hair?

I've just heard this, I don't know why since it's in africa , south of spain , probably they are leftovers that came from spain during the reconquista, most probable guess, But morocco is an arab country in africa, there are africans and brown arabs only as it should be ...! blonde arabs live in near syria, jordan , palestine etc.! All the way to morocco ? what?
