Kitten acting wierd like she is drunk/high?

My kitten wont stop meowing even though she has food water and a fresh liter box she sits front pows down back ones up moving left to right she army crawls on the floor and bites my show she only shuts up wewhen i play with her i heard thisw has to do with mateing? she is4-5months she meows HELLA LOUD like she is being stabbed help me
