How can i become as famous as say miley cyrus, or hillary duff?

Im a fifteen year old boy, and want to become as famous as those people. This christmas im going to buy brett manning's singing success, improve my singing.. And i want to know like what does it take to become and actor.. I was in a choir, the lead, and in a school chorus, & i want to know how to persue something like that,
