I just got a ten gallon fish tank and 4 fish, 2 guppies 2 neon tetra, they keep dying help!?

one of the neons were already dead, then my guppy mango started flating upside down and i just checked its dead, what do i do?! i still have sophie and franklin alive and okay, but mango and anonymous are dead what the heck do i do?
