Most 'detached' character in The Things They Carried?

The word detached is vague. Ted Lavender is detached from reality because he is always high. Norman Bowker however detaches himself from other people after the war and can't get himself away from all of the memories. Martha and Lemon could also be detached. The war affect Martha like a drug and she goes after the high of war but I guess I wouldn't quite call her detached. Lemon is literally detached: "Lemon tree very pretty and the lemon flower is sweet." But I don't think he's the most detached either. That's a really stupid question but I think I'd say Ted Lavender and put why.
