Thank you all.....BFP! When to share?

Just wanted to thank everyone. I got my BFP. I keep feeling like it might not be real. Today is the first day of my missed period. I have a confirmation appointment on Monday. After reading about chemical pregnancy and miscarriage how long after a doctor confirmation do you suggest waiting to tell friends and family? Baby dust to eveyone! Best wishes. :)
