What do you think of Jerry Jones basically calling Marion Barber a slacker?

I have been saying all year the biggest problem with the Cowboys is lack of discipline and accountability. Wade Phillips wants to keep making excuses, but he won't do what is neccesary to get the best out of his players. I think Jerry Jones has finally had enough of it. If I owned the team, I would probably have done the same thing. One thing I disagree with, though, is humiliating him to the press. Discipline and rebukes should be handled internally, but maybe Jerry is trying to get the message to the rest of the team that they have to actually earn those millions of dollars. There are no more free rides. It's just my opinion. What do you think?
